- We accept payment in $USD, in advance of services being provided or performed via our credit card payment service.
- U.S. customers with approved credit can be invoiced via direct deposit.
- Consulting is based in one (1) hour increments via pre-scheduled teams call, or by pre-arranged phone call.
- Our business hours are 8:00-5:00 M-F. (CST) central time.
- Our customized products require a minimum of 10 business days for completion.
- Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us if you have concerns about any product or service. We will help you understand the process. If you fail to understand the process within five (5) days of purchase we will refund your purchase price.
