About Paul R. Fournier
Founder and President, Fournier Strategies
Paul R. Fournier is the founder and president of Fournier Strategies, a company dedicated to developing and licensing Enterprise Governance Architecture for organizations navigating the AI era.
Since establishing the firm in 2007, Paul has worked with executive leadership teams, family-owned businesses, and organizations across multiple industries to strengthen leadership, align strategy with execution, improve organizational judgment, and create sustainable enterprise value.
With more than three decades of executive leadership and business experience, his work spans strategic planning, organizational development, leadership, operations, sales management, and human resources. Throughout his career, he has focused on one central question:
Why do some organizations consistently outperform their competitors while others struggle to execute despite having talented people and significant resources?
That question led to the development of the Cornerstones Governance Framework, a practical methodology for implementing Enterprise Governance Architecture. The framework integrates leadership, strategy, organizational culture, communication, behavioral infrastructure, and Organizational Intelligence into a unified system that helps organizations adapt, execute, and grow in an increasingly complex business environment.
Paul is also the author of Cornerstones: Enterprise Governance Architecture for AI Readiness, along with numerous articles, executive resources, and educational programs focused on leadership, organizational performance, and enterprise governance. His work reflects the belief that artificial intelligence does not replace leadership—it amplifies the quality of an organization’s governance, decision-making, and culture.
Today, Fournier Strategies focuses on executive education, facilitator development, enterprise licensing, and the advancement of Enterprise Governance Architecture as a modern discipline for organizations seeking long-term growth, resilience, and sustainable enterprise value.
