The 360 Organizational Assessment provides a factual and comprehensive look at quality, behaviors, and culture of your organization. This process collects employee response information about perception, culture, and business practices rather than subjective guess.

Structure
This assessment is conducted on-line and includes two separate assessments.
Employee 360 Organization Assessment participants respond to approximately (80) eightly questions requiring about 20 minutes to complete the assessment.
Management 360 Organizational Assessment participants respond to the management version of approximately (80) eightly questions requiring about 20 minutes to complete the assessment.
Analysis
All Organizational Assessment responses and metrics are provided to your designated company contact point (via email address) in your organization for security.
Client 360 Organizational Assessment responses are neatly organized by each category for clear understanding in an excel format. We then provide one rating total number from 1-100 for clarity.
If you have more than 10,000 employees we can provide additional employee links for a nominal charge.
